Officials said a husband in Robertson County returned home from tending his farm animals Wednesday morning to discover that his wife had disappeared.

They said he last saw 61-year-old Nancy Ellen Pietrzak Pugh before he left at 4am. He returned around three hours later to wake her for a doctor's appointment, but investigators said she was nowhere to be found.

Pugh is described as being 5'5" tall, around 250 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. One of her arms is in a sling due to a recent rotator cuff surgery.

Anyone with any information on Mrs. Pugh's wereabouts should call State Police at (859) 428-1212 or the Robertson County Sheriff at (606) 724-5511.
