Police say a Versailles woman died last night while driving on Bluegrass Parkway.

According to Police, 31-year-old Jessica Snipp was driving east on Bluegrass Parkway when she went off the right side of the road.

Police say she appeared to over-correct her steering and lost control of the vehicle. The car then crossed the median and hit Huntertown Road Bridge.

The Woodford County Coroner’s Office reported Snipp died at the scene.

Police say she was not wearing a seatbelt.
