Lexington police charged a woman with DUI after she crashed a truck into two telephone poles early Friday morning.

Police said  it happened just before 12:30 on Georgetown Street. They said Erica Jackson, 35, had her juvenile niece and nephew in the backseat.

No one was injured.

Kentucky Utilities came to the scene to assess the damage and re-set the poles.

Police said, though no telephone service was lost, Windstream would come later in the day to fix what's left of the damage.
