A woman was badly hurt when she crashed into a tree in Bourbon County early Monday morning.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. on Hume Bedford Pike.

Police said the woman was driving away from Paris when she veered off the road, crossed into the opposite lane and crashed into a tree.
