Three people remain in critical condition in Louisville, after a daycare van crash that killed a woman.

Police say an adult monitor died, when the van hit a tree Tuesday. The van carried 14 children. All of them went to the hospital. Four are already out.

One dad says the van had just dropped off his kids when the van crashed.

"I just ran, you know, even though those weren't my kids up there," Sherman King said. "It could have been my kids, and those are somebody else's children."

Police are trying to figure out if the children were properly restrained.
