The SEC named Willie Cauley-Stein its Freshman of the week.  The Center averaged almost 14, 10, and 5 wins against Vanderbilt and Missouri.

He scored a career-high 20 against Vandy, and blocked a career-high 7 shots against Mizzou.

He also stayed out of foul trouble, and played more than 30-minutes in both games.
