The top recruiting prospect in the class of 2013 has made his decision official.

Andrew Wiggins will play his collegiate basketball at Kansas.

No Florida State where his parents went to school.  No Kentucky and tenure under Coach Cal.

The 6'7", 200 pound small forward held a small ceremony with friends and family in Huntington, WV today to sign his national letter of intent.

Just two reporters were allowed in to see the pen hit the paper.

More on Wiggins' decision on ABC 36 News this evening.

Hear from recruiting guru Evan Daniels of FOX Scout about the precedent set by the top recruit, if any at all, in the process...and impact on UK's recruiting class for next season.
