A man who escaped the Whitley County Detention Center has been caught in Tennessee.

Whitley County Jailer Ken Mobley says Jessie Terry was caught in Clairfield, TN around 6:30 Sunday evening.

Mobley says it appears Terry was staying with someone he knew at the time of his apprehension.

Terry and Ronald Sisk escaped the prison a week ago while working in the kitchen.

Sisk was caught 12 hours after he escaped.

Mobley says Terry will be extradited back to Kentucky within the next two days.
