Whitley County Man Charged With Manufacturing Meth

A Whitley County man is facing charges after troopers say they found a meth lab in his apartment.

Police arrested 36-year-old William Mays of Rockholds Thursday night.

State police say they noticed a strong chemical odor while on patrol near his apartment building on Kentucky 779 .

Troopers have charged Mays with manufacturing meth and for endangering the lives of the others who live in his apartment building.
