West Liberty: Tornado Ravaged Hospital "Re-Opens"

5 months and nearly $4 million later, the tornado ravaged Morgan County ARH Hospital in West Liberty is back to fully functional.
Hospital workers say that no patients or staff were injured but the single occupancy patients had to move to double occupancy room until now.
The hospital celebrated their hard work with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Jerry Haynes, President and CEO of the hospital, says the building codes were re-evaluated and the new structure is very sound.
