Midnight Update:  Rain showers are moving out of Kentucky, with decreasing clouds expected through the early morning hours of Thursday.  We will have a chilly start to your Thursday morning with low temperatures around 34 degrees.  Thursday afternoon will feature mostly sunny skies with a high of 53 degrees.  Friday will be warmer, with high temperatures back around 65 degrees, with mostly sunny skies continuing.  We will have the chance for a few rain showers on Saturday as a cold front moves through, with temperatures around 57 degrees.  Cooler air returns Sunday through next week, with highs back in the 40s.  There is even a chance for wintry precipitation by Tuesday of next week.

Rain showers and clouds will decrease tonight, with more sunshine and pleasant temperatures for the end of the work week. There will be a chance for a few spotty rain showers on Saturday, with colder air returning Sunday. Cooler temperatures linger for early next week.

TONIGHT: Rain showers will diminish this evening, with clouds decreasing overnight. Overnight low temperatures will be around 34 degrees.

THURSDAY: Our first official day of spring is Thursday, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 53 degrees.

THURSDAY NIGHT: We will have a few clouds Thursday night, with overnight low temperatures around 37 degrees.

FRIDAY: Our warmest day of the week will be Friday, with mostly sunny skies and a high temperature of 65 degrees.

WEEKEND: Another cold front will move through on Saturday, bringing a chance for a few scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms. Saturday high temperatures will be around 57 degrees. Sunday will be partly cloudy and cooler, with a high of 45 degrees.

NEXT WEEK: We will have another taste of winter next week, with temperatures staying below normal. Temperatures will be in the 40s early next week, with partly cloudy skies and highs around 44 degrees on Monday. There is also the chance for a little snow or wintry mix by next Tuesday, with high temperatures around 42 degrees.
