Afternoon Update:

We're walkin' on sunshine this afternoon with temperatures nearing 80°F!

More heat is on the way by Wednesday; however, a cool down along with clouds and a few showers are in our forecast as we close out the week and move into the weekend.

Welcome to your Tuesday!

It's a cool and foggy start this morning.  That fog that you're seeing should burn off by mid-morning.  We're forecasting lots of sunshine by late morning and into this afternoon.  That sunshine will help warm temperatures in to the upper 70s, near 80 degrees!  Look for mostly clear skies overnight with temperatures falling into the mid 50s with light fog developing by first thing Wednesday morning.

Fog is an issue this morning. Give yourself a few extra minutes. See you at 5am on @ABC36Lexington #GMK http://t.co/LeNnk8TZsX
