Midnight Update:  We have had some isolated rain showers in Southeast Kentucky this evening, with some patchy dense fog possible through the early morning hours of Tuesday.  We will start off your Tuesday morning, with muggy conditions, and low temperatures around 68 degrees.  Tuesday afternoon high temperatures will be around 91 degrees, with heat indices in the mid 90s.  A few isolated storms may be possible Tuesday, with better chances for rain and thunderstorms on Wednesday and Thursday.  _____________________________________________________________________________________________
The summer heat and humidity will continue through midweek, with increasing rain chances for Wednesday and Thursday.  Milder air returns for the end of the work week, along with more sunshine.

TONIGHT:  We will have a few passing clouds tonight with muggy conditions and overnight low temperatures around 68 degrees.  Patchy dense fog will be possible into early Tuesday morning.

TUESDAY:  We will have mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies for your Tuesday, with high temperatures around 90 degrees, and the heat index around 95 degrees.  There will be a chance for a few isolated rain showers or thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon.

TUESDAY NIGHT:  Skies will be partly cloudy Tuesday night, with a warm and muggy overnight low temperature of 70 degrees.

WEDNESDAY:  Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy for Wednesday, with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms as a cold front approaches Kentucky.  Wednesday afternoon high temperatures will be around 90 degrees.

THURSDAY:  Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will linger Wednesday night into Thursday as the cold front moves through Kentucky, with a cooler high temperature of 81 degrees.

FRIDAY:  Mostly sunny skies return for Friday, with an afternoon high temperature of 82 degrees.

WEEKEND:  Saturday will feature partly cloudy skies with high temperatures around 85 degrees, and a slight chance for an isolated thunderstorm.  Sunday will feature a better chance for scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, with partly cloudy skies and high temperatures around 88 degrees.
