Midnight Update:  The Severe Thunderstorm Watch has expired, as the threat of severe weather has diminished across the viewing area.  We are seeing clearing skies over the Bluegrass region right now, with only a few lingering rain showers along the Kentucky-West Virginia line.  With the leftover moisture from today's rain and thunderstorms, we will have fog developing for the early morning hours of Tuesday.  After the morning fog burns off Tuesday, we are expecting mostly sunny skies for the afternoon with a high of 84 degrees.
