Warm Start To Week, With Increasing Rain Chances

We will have a warm and breezy start to the work week, with increasing rain chances late Monday through Wednesday. Temperatures remain in the low to mid 80s for the end of the work week.
Midnight Update:  We have had a few clouds this evening, yet mostly clear skies should continue through early Monday morning, before more clouds build in through the day.  Monday afternoon will be warm, with a high of 88 degrees.  There is a chance for a few rain showers and thunderstorms late Monday, with a few storms possibly becoming strong to severe, with gusty winds the biggest threat.  A better chance for rain and thunderstorms will return Monday night into Tuesday, with scattered rain showers and storms also possible for Wednesday.
Temperatures will be mild tonight, with warm afternoon temperatures in the week ahead.  Better chances for rain returns late Monday into Wednesday. 

TONIGHT:  We will have a few passing clouds tonight, with a mild overnight low temperature of 66 degrees.

MONDAY:  Skies will be partly sunny on Monday, with the chance for a few afternoon rain showers and thunderstorms.  Afternoon high temperatures will be around 88 degrees.  We will also have breezy southwesterly winds 10 to 20 mph.

TUESDAY:  Skies will be mostly cloudy on Tuesday with a better chance for scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.  Tuesday afternoon high temperatures will be around 85 degrees.

WEDNESDAY:  The chance for scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will continue for Wednesday, with an afternoon high of 84 degrees.

THURSDAY:  We will have more sunshine for Thursday, with partly sunny skies and a high of 83 degrees.

FRIDAY:  Partly sunny skies continue for Friday, with afternoon high temperatures around 85 degrees.

NEXT WEEKEND:  Temperatures are expected to be in the upper 80s next weekend, with the chance for a few late day rain showers and thunderstorms.
