The weekend will start off seasonal, yet colder air returns Sunday through early next week. There will also be a chance for a few rain showers Saturday morning, and a light wintry mix for Southern Kentucky on Sunday.
SATURDAY: We will have the chance for a few light rain showers early, with more sunshine developing by your Saturday afternoon. Saturday afternoon high temperatures will be around 57 degrees.
SATURDAY NIGHT: Clouds will build back in Saturday night, with overnight low temperatures around 32 degrees.
SUNDAY: A weather disturbance will pass to our south on Sunday, and will give Southern Kentucky a chance for a wintry mix, especially earlier in the day. Sunday will be a cooler day for all of us, with a high of 43 degrees.
MONDAY: More sunshine returns for Monday, with high temperatures around 43 degrees.
TUESDAY: A taste of winter will return Monday night into Tuesday as colder air will return to the region, with the chance for snow showers. Tuesday high temperatures will be around 38 degrees.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny to partly sunny skies return for Wednesday, with a high of 40 degrees.
THURSDAY & FRIDAY: Milder temperatures return for next Thursday, with a high of 56 degrees, and a high of 60 degrees by next Friday.
