Rain Chances And Cooler Temperatures Tuesday

Midnight Update:  Isolated rain showers have developed tonight, with scattered rain showers expected to continue through your morning hours of Tuesday.  Rainfall amounts look to be light, anywhere from 0.10" to 0.25" on average.  Tuesday will be more seasonal with a high of 69 degrees.  Colder temperatures return Wednesday morning with a low temperature of 36 degrees, with a Wednesday afternoon high of 63 degrees.  Temperatures get back into the 70s for Thursday and Friday, with rain showers possible late Thursday into early Friday.  Temperatures get back into the low to mid 60s for this weekend. 
A cold front will move through Kentucky tonight into Tuesday bringing the chance for scattered rain showers. Cooler temperatures return for Tuesday and Wednesday, with warmer temperatures returning Thursday and Friday. Another chance for rain showers will return late Thursday into Friday.

TONIGHT: Skies will be mostly cloudy, with a mild overnight low temperature of 58 degrees. The chance for rain showers will increase through the early morning hours of Tuesday. There will also be a chance for an isolated thunderstorm. No severe weather is expected.

TUESDAY: Our Tuesday will start off with rain showers in the morning, with clearing skies through the late afternoon. Tuesday afternoon high temperatures will be around 69 degrees.

TUESDAY NIGHT: Chilly temperatures will return Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, with overnight low temperatures around 36 degrees. There will also be a chance for a little patchy frost for Wednesday morning.

WEDNESDAY: Our coolest day of the week will be Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 63 degrees.

THURSDAY: Warmer air returns for Thursday, with partly sunny skies and a high of 74 degrees. There will be a chance for rain showers and isolated thunderstorms Thursday evening into Friday morning.

FRIDAY: Rain showers and thunderstorms will be possible for Friday, mainly early in the day. Friday afternoon high temperatures will be around 75 degrees.

WEEKEND: Partly sunny skies will be around for Saturday, with a high of 66 degrees. Sunday will feature partly to mostly cloudy skies with the chance for scattered rain showers, and a high of 62 degrees.
