Warm Temperatures Continue, With Late Week Rain Chances

Midnight Update:  Temperatures are remaining very mild this evening, and will fall into the upper 50s around daybreak Wednesday, making for a comfortably cool start to our day.  Mostly sunny skies and breezy southwest winds will help temperatures to get back into the mid-80s Wednesday afternoon, with a high of 85 degrees.  Thursday will be similar to Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and a high temperature of 86 degrees.  Temperatures get back into the upper 70s for Friday, as scattered rain showers and thunderstorms develop Friday afternoon and evening.  The chance for lingering rain showers and thunderstorms will continue into Saturday, with a high of 75 degrees.  Mother's Day Sunday will feature partly cloudy skies, with a few lingering rain showers possible, and a high of 77 degrees. 
Temperatures will remain about 10 to 15 degrees above normal through midweek, with seasonable temperatures returning for the end of the week. Rain and thunderstorm chances return Friday through the weekend.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and mild conditions continue, with overnight low temperatures falling to 58 degrees.

WEDNESDAY: Temperatures get back into the mid-80s Wednesday afternoon, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 85 degrees. We will also have breezy conditions, with southwest winds 10 to 20 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Clear skies continue with a comfortably cool overnight low temperature of 59 degrees.

THURSDAY: The warm temperatures continue for Thursday, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 86 degrees.

FRIDAY: The chance for rain and thunderstorms return for Friday afternoon and evening, with a high of 78 degrees, with mostly cloudy skies.

WEEKEND: A better chance for rain will return on Saturday, with the chance for rain and thunderstorms throughout the day. Saturday afternoon high temperatures will be mild, with a high of 75 degrees. The chance for a few lingering rain showers and thunderstorms will continue for Mother’s Day Sunday, with a high of 77 degrees and partly cloudy skies.
