Afternoon Update:

Sunshine and mild temps will continue through the noon hour and this afternoon.  We're tracking an area of disturbed weather off to our northwest, and I anticipate that area of moisture in southern Indiana will bring a few more late afternoon/evening clouds into central KY.  Overnight lows will fall into the mid 50s...more mild than where we have been.

Make sure to join Chief Meteorologist, Jennifer Schack, tonight at 5pm, 6pm and 11pm for more on your forecast!

A few of  you may need a coat, hat and jacket to start your Thursday.  Make sure to bring along an easy on/easy off jacket, I'm forecasting temperatures in the mid 70s under partly cloudy skies.  There is less than a 10% for an isolated shower overnight with more clouds and more moisture in the air by Friday.  Temps overnight should dive into the mid 50s, so not as cool as it has been in days past.  Temps tomorrow should spike to near 80 degrees.

Make sure to join me at Noon on ABC 36 for more on your forecast!

It's another chilly start in the Blue Grass. Temps this afternoon: Mid 70s! More at 5am on @ABC36Lexington #KyWx http://t.co/CVwqdsyB
