Midnight Update:  Clouds are increasing across the area tonight, with temperatures generally in the 60s overnight.  Winds have diminished tonight, and although it will be a little breezy, we do not anticipate it to be as windy as Wednesday.  Scattered rain showers and possible thunderstorms look to develop by late Thursday, with gusty winds, lightning, and heavy rainfall being the biggest threats.
