Warm And Humid Weekend, With Rain Early Next Week

Warm temperatures and partly sunny skies will continue for Saturday, with increasing humidity.  Warmer temperatures and more humidity returns for Sunday, with the chance for a few late day rain showers and thunderstorms, especially north of I-64.  Rain chances will increase for early next week, with cooler temperatures by midweek next week.

SATURDAY:  We will have partly cloudy skies for Saturday, with a high temperature of 89 degrees.

SATURDAY NIGHT:  Temperatures will be little warmer Saturday night, with partly cloudy skies and overnight low temperatures around 71 degrees.

SUNDAY:  Temperatures will be around 90 degrees for Sunday afternoon, with higher humidity.  Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy, with the chance for a few late day thunderstorms.

SUNDAY NIGHT:  Rain showers and thunderstorms look to increase in coverage Sunday night as a cold front approaches from the northwest.  Overnight low temperatures will be around 70 degrees.

MONDAY:  Our best chance for rain looks to be on Monday, as a cold front approaches and moves through Kentucky.  Monday will feature mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms possible throughout the day.  Afternoon high temperatures will be around 85 degrees.

TUESDAY:  Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy for Tuesday, with the chance for a few lingering rain showers.  Temperatures will be cooler, as Canadian air returns to the region, and high temperatures only reach 79 degrees.

WEDNESDAY:  We will continue to have unseasonably cool temperatures for Wednesday, with morning low temperatures in the upper 50s and afternoon high temperatures in the upper 70s.  Skies will be partly sunny for Wednesday.

THURSDAY:  Partly sunny skies will continue for Thursday, with high temperatures around 80 degrees.
