Afternoon Update:

Sun, sun & more sun will dominate this afternoon with temps in the upper 40s and low 50s.  Though it's going to be another cold night, it should be our last night near freezing...at least for the next week.

Good morning!

As you step outside this morning, you'll immediately notice the ice cold temps with frost on your windshield.  Through lunch, expect temps only in the mid 40s with plenty of sunshine.  52 degrees is our expected high today under mostly sunny skies.  For this time of the year, temps should be at 50 degrees, so today temps will be a few degrees above normal.  Tonight, I'm calling for temperatures to tumble in to the mid 30s.  A few areas tomorrow morning will see patchy frost, but I don't expect it to be as thick or as widespread as it was this morning.

Check out your warmer weekend by clicking on the video.

Rain & cloud free this Thu. AM; however, we have rain moving in this wkend. More at 5am on Good Morning Kentucky! http://t.co/dIdBx6BZ
