Less Humid For Thursday, Yet Warming Trend Ahead

Midnight Update:  Rain showers have diminished and skies have cleared across Kentucky.  As we continue through your early morning hours of Thursday, some patchy fog will develop as morning low temperatures fall into the mid to upper 60s.  Thursday will feature partly sunny skies with a high of 86 degrees, with a slight chance for an isolated rain shower or thunderstorm.  Upper 80s return for Friday, with high temperatures around 90 degrees this weekend and into early next week.
A few rain showers will be possible for the end of the week, with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms possible this weekend.  Thursday will be warm, yet a little less humid, as winds will be out of the north to northwest.  A warming trend returns for Friday through early next week, with highs back in the upper 80s to around 90 degrees.

TONIGHT:  A few rain showers will be possible early tonight, with partly cloudy skies and some patchy fog possible overnight.  Overnight low temperatures will be around 66 degrees.

THURSDAY:  Partly sunny skies will continue for Thursday, with a high of 86 degrees.  An isolated rain shower or thunderstorm may develop by late in the afternoon.

THURSDAY NIGHT:  Skies will be partly cloudy Thursday night, with overnight low temperatures around 67 degrees.

FRIDAY:  Partly sunny skies will be around for Friday, with a few late day thunderstorms developing, and a high temperature of 87 degrees.

WEEKEND:  The heat and humidity will increase through the weekend, with partly sunny skies for Saturday, and the chance for a few scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.  Saturday afternoon high temperatures will be around 88 degrees.  Sunday will feature more of the same, with the heat and humidity, and high temperatures around 90 degrees.  A few rain showers and thunderstorms will be possible Sunday afternoon as well.

NEXT WEEK:  Temperatures will start off around 90 degrees early next week, with late day thunderstorms possible.
