Isolated Rain Friday, Yet Pleasant Temperatures Continue

Midnight Update:  Clouds are increasing across Western Kentucky, and will continue to move through the region on Friday as a cold front moves in.  The cold front will be weakening, with isolated rain showers possible.  Despite the extra clouds and rain chances, temperatures will remain mild for Friday, with a high of 68 degrees.  Saturday will feature mostly sunny skies with a high of 71.  Easter Sunday will be warmer, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 75 degrees.

There will be a chance for a few isolated rain showers Friday as a cold front approaches the region, yet pleasant temperatures will continue through the extended forecast, with sunny skies for Easter Weekend.

TONIGHT: Temperatures will be chilly, yet not as cold tonight, with partly cloudy skies and an overnight low of 43 degrees.

FRIDAY: Friday will feature partly to mostly cloudy skies, with a chance for isolated rain showers, and a high of 68 degrees.

FRIDAY NIGHT: Skies will clear out Friday night into Saturday morning, with overnight low temperatures around 47 degrees.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny skies return Saturday, with a pleasant high temperature of 71 degrees.

SATURDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear skies will continue Saturday night into Sunday morning, with an overnight low temperature of 46 degrees. Make sure you have a jacket for any Easter sunrise services Sunday morning.

EASTER SUNDAY: We will have a beautiful Easter Sunday, with mostly sunny skies and a high around 75 degrees.

NEXT WEEK: Monday will feature increasing clouds, with late-day scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Monday high temperatures will be around 74 degrees. The chance for rain and thunderstorms continue Monday night into Tuesday, with Tuesday high temperatures around 70 degrees. Wednesday will feature partly sunny skies with a high of 71 degrees. Warmer temperatures return for Thursday, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 78 degrees.
