Afternoon Update:

We're enjoying lots of sunshine here in the Commonwealth this Friday! Take full advantage of it because a few more clouds will move in by Saturday & Sunday.  Upper 50s & low 60s are in the forecast for this upcoming weekend as well.

Join Meteorologist Mark Stitz tonight at 5pm, 6pm & 11pm for more on next week's forecast!

"Here Comes The Sun!" this morning & this afternoon!  That sunshine will not help to warm the temperatures much.  Look for highs in the low to mid 40s under mostly sunny skies.  Into the evening hours, temperates will tumble into the mid 20s.  If you're heading out with your friends and family tonight, bundle up!

We'll bring in a few more clouds by Saturday; however, temperates will feel much more Spring-like...in the upper 50s!

By Sunday, though there is a chance for showers (mainly during the overnight hours into early Monday) temps will soar into the 60s!

Have a great weekend & we look forward to seeing you on ABC 36 News at Noon!

TGI Friday! "Here Comes the Sun" later in the day! Get more on your wkend forecast at 5am on @ABC36Lexington #GMK! http://t.co/8uSJV8Eyxi
