We will continue to have pleasant conditions for the start of your weekend, with rain showers possible Saturday evening into Sunday morning. After a brief cool down for Sunday, milder temperatures return by Monday. We will have another chance for rain, along with cooler conditions return by midweek next week.

SATURDAY: We will have a mild start to the weekend, with a high temperature of 56 degrees Saturday afternoon, with increasing clouds through the day.

SATURDAY NIGHT: A cold front will approach and move through Kentucky Saturday night, bringing a chance for rain showers Saturday evening through early Sunday. Overnight low temperatures will fall to 32 degrees, which will give us a chance for a little freezing rain. However, no significant impacts are expected. Don’t forget to turn your clocks AHEAD one hour Saturday night, as we go back to Daylight Saving Time officially at 2am Sunday, March 9th. Sunset will be closer to 7:39 pm beginning on Sunday.

SUNDAY: After a cloudy start to the day with morning rain showers possible, we will have clearing skies into Sunday afternoon, with a high of 49 degrees.

NEXT WEEK: Mild high temperatures will return for early next week, with a high of 60 degrees on Monday, and around 63 degrees on Tuesday. A weather disturbance will move into Kentucky Tuesday night into Wednesday, bringing the chance for rain showers and possibly a little wintry mix by Wednesday night. Wednesday will be a cooler day, with a high of 49 degrees.
