Afternoon Update:

Fall-like air has settled into Central KY with lots of sunshine overhead.  This evening, we're looking for mostly clear skies as temperatures once again fall into the mid 40s overnight.  More sunshine is instore for Thursday, with warmer temps!

Make sure to join Chief Meteorologist Jennifer Schack tonight at 5pm, 6pm & 11pm for more on your upcoming weekend forecast!

You may need the heat on in your car this morning with temps in the mid 40s.  By lunchtime, temperatures creep up into the low 60s before topping out in the upper 60s through this afternoon.  Sunshine will be plentiful during your Wednesday with cool and clear skies this evening and overnight.  Without that "blanket" of cloud cover, temps again will drop into the mid 40s.  We're rain-free today and tomorrow; however, an isolated shower will move back on in by Friday and Saturday.

Make sure to check out the video link for your full 7-day forecast!

I'm sounding the "All Clear" for us in the Blue Grass, but it's also cold! #'s at 5am on @ABC36Lexington #KyWx http://t.co/7haDNs4C
