Very Warm Wednesday Ahead, With Another Round of Thunderstorms

Midnight Update:  We have mostly cloudy skies across the region, yet most of the rain showers that have approached the region have fizzled out so far.  We will continue to have the chance for an isolated rain shower for early Wednesday, yet more storms will develop late Wednesday afternoon, especially north of I-64.

Temperatures will remain very warm for Wednesday, with thunderstorm chances returning as well. Beautiful weather is expected for the end of the work week and into the start of the weekend.

Tonight: We will have partly cloudy skies overnight, with the chance for a few isolated showers. Overnight low temperatures will be around 69 degrees.

Wednesday: Our warmest day of the week will be on Wednesday, with high temperatures around 90 degrees. There will be a chance for some isolated, late day thunderstorms on Wednesday, with generally partly cloudy skies. Some thunderstorms may be strong to severe with gusty winds and large hail the biggest threats.

Thursday: We will have another round of rain showers and thunderstorms on Thursday as another weather disturbance moves through the region. Thursday afternoon high temperatures will remain warm, with a high of 81 degrees.

Friday-Weekend: We will have warm temperatures with partly sunny skies for Friday into your weekend. Friday and Saturday high temperatures will be in the low to mid 80s. There will be a slight chance for a few rain showers and thunderstorms for Sunday, with a high of 86 degrees.
