Scattered Thunderstorms This Evening and Thursday

Midnight Update:  The rain showers and thunderstorms have diminished for tonight, with patchy fog expected to develop into early Thursday.  A cold front will move through Thursday afternoon, which will bring another round of scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.  Thursday afternoon high temperatures will be around 85 degrees, with high temperatures back into the low to mid 70s Friday through the weekend.

We have one more day of the warm and humid conditions, before MUCH cooler temperatures return for the end of the week.

TONIGHT: We will continue to have widely scattered thunderstorms this evening, with most of the activity diminishing by midnight. There will be a few clouds overnight with low temperatures around 70 degrees, and the possibility of patchy fog.

THURSDAY: A cold front will move through the region on Thursday, giving us mostly cloudy skies and scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be around 85 degrees.

FRIDAY: More fall-like weather will return for Friday, with mostly sunny skies and highs around 72 degrees.

WEEKEND: We will have chilly mornings and pleasant afternoons this weekend, with mostly sunny skies. Morning low temperatures by Saturday morning will be in the upper 40s to lower 50s! Saturday high temperatures will be around 70 degrees, with a high of 76 degrees by Sunday.

NEXT WEEK: Temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 70s for next week, with the chance for a few isolated rain showers.
