Midnight Update:  We will have another cool morning, as overnight low temperatures fall into the lower 60s, yet temperatures will not be as cool as Monday morning was when temperatures were in the low to mid 50s.  We expect to have a mostly sunny start to Tuesday, with clouds increasing into the afternoon, with the chance for a few isolated rain showers.  Tuesday afternoon high temperatures will be around 86 degrees.  A better chance for widespread rain showers returns for Wednesday, with highs back in the mid 80s.

We will continue to have warm, yet seasonable temperatures this week, with rain chances increasing for midweek this week.

Tonight: We’ve been monitoring some rain showers across far Western Kentucky this afternoon, yet most of that activity is diminishing as it moves into drier air over Central Kentucky. Overnight low temperatures will be around 62 degrees with partly cloudy skies.

Tuesday: We will have a warm Tuesday with partly sunny skies, and the chance for a few isolated rain showers or thunderstorms. Tuesday afternoon high temperatures will be around 86 degrees.

Tuesday Night: Clouds will increase Tuesday night into Wednesday with a good chance for widespread rain showers. Overnight low temperatures will be warmer, with a low of 71 degrees.

Wednesday: Wednesday looks to be our best day for widespread rain showers, especially early in the day. The chance for rain will linger throughout the day, with scattered rain showers into the afternoon, and a high of 85 degrees.

Thursday and Friday: The chance for scattered rain showers will linger into Thursday and Friday, with high temperatures remaining in the mid 80s.

This Weekend: Another cold front looks to move through late Saturday, with scattered rain showers, and a high of 85 degrees. Drier conditions return for Sunday, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 83 degrees.
