The largest number of calls came from Breathitt County, with 15, including eight reporting vote buying. Clay County also had eight vote-buying reports. Other counties reporting vote buying were Bath, Bell, Carter, Clinton, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lee, Magoffin, Morgan, Muhlenberg, Owsley, Perry, Pike and Wayne.

The attorney general's office said there were 205 calls with 210 issues reported, including about four dozen reports of vote buying.
