Funeral plans are set for Taylor Gallant, the sailor from Winchester killed in a training exercise off the North Carolina coast.
Visitation is Friday,from five to eight p.m., at First Baptist Church in Winchester. The funeral is Saturday at 11 a.m., also at the church. It will be a full military funeral.
