I don't know how you could possibly arrange a self-defense law if someone is on top of you and you think they are trying to kill you. In that moment to think you can subdue them I don't think works. Far as Race you cannot put Blacks and Whites and Hispanics together and say they are not that. You can put them together and say none is better than the others and they all need to show tolerance towards the other.
