Kentucky State Police arrested Leann Phillips because they believe she tried to run over police officers with her car.

Georgetown Police were called to a domestic disturbance last Sunday.

When they got there, they say they found Phillips at the scene trying to leave in her car.

They say she drove toward officers, ramming a police cruiser in the process.

And that's when one of the officers fired a shot at her.

She was then taken to UK hospital, and Friday she was put in the Scott County jail.
