Winchester's City Commission on Tuesday said "Yes" to Sunday alcohol sales in restaurants within the city limits.

The vote was 5-0.

It was the 'second' reading of the ordinance, so it's a done deal.

Restaurants will be able to serve alcohol on Sunday's from 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Clark County Fiscal Court is considering a similar ordinance for wet precincts in the county, which would include the popular restaurant, Hall's on the River.
