Two men are now in jail accused of murder after a man's burned body was found in Clay County in December.

Someone found the body of Eli Marcum along a dirt road, December 8th.

State Police say the Clay County Sheriff's Office has arrested 52-year-old Gerald Sizemore and 46-year-old Vernon Delph.

Both are from Manchester.

Both are accused of murder.
