Police say they made two arrests Wednesday in a deadly shooting in Lexington.

Investigators say the victim was shot in the neck Tuesday night at Ridgepoint Run and Spangler Drive.

He later died.

The Fayette County Coroner says he was 23-year-old Derek Pelphrey.

Police say 20-year-old Trustin B. Jones is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.

Investigators say he is also charged in an unrelated robbery.

The other suspect, 32-year-old Robert Guernsey, is accused of complicity to murder.
