Update: Troopers Arrest Man Who Walked Away From Halfway House

The vacation's over for an inmate from a Richmond halfway house.

State Police say troopers captured Russell Helm Tuesday in Carroll County.

The State Department of Corrections says Helm left the Bluegrass Development Center last Thursday.

Troopers found his in Worthville just after noon Tuesday.

He's now in jail in Carroll County.
