State Police said the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 near Corbin are open again after being shutdown for about three hours Thursday due to a multi-vehicle accident.

Investigators said the wreck involved about a dozen vehicles, including a tanker carrying liquid nitrogen.

The tanker wasn't damaged, but investigators said it required special precautions to make sure it was stable.

The accident happened around 4:20 p.m.

State Police said no one was seriously hurt despite the high number of vehicles involved in the accident.
