Update: Shooting In Green County Ruled Murder/Suicide

State Police said a man shot three people, including his ex-wife, before turning the gun on himself. Two people died, two were critically wounded, according to investigators.
State Police ruled Friday that a shooting in Green County that left two people critically wounded and two others dead was a murder-suicide.

Investigators said the shooting was domestic-related.

State Police said Barry Moore, 40, shot and killed his ex-wife Pamela Moore, 43.

State Police said the couple was divorced but still living together.

Investigators said the
shooting occurred at a residence owned by Barbara Wright, 66, located just behind the Moore’s residence.

Detectives believe that Barry Moore pursued Pamela Moore to the residence where he shot the victims.

Barbara Wright’s granddaughter, Ashley Wright, 22, was at the residence and was also shot.

State Police said Barry Moore then turned the weapon on himself and took his own life.

Pamela Moore died at the scene and Barry Moore died later at the Green County Hospital.

State Police said Barbara and Ashley Wright were listed in critical condition at University Hospital in Louisville.

State Police said Barry and Pamela Moore's 11-year old son was also in the home at the time of the shootings, but fled the scene and wasn't hurt.

Investigators said a .22 caliber rifle was recovered at the scene.

Autopsies on Barry and Pamela Moore are scheduled for Saturday at the State Medical Examiner's Office in Louisville.
