The intersection of Rose Street and Euclid Avenue is open again, after a sewer collapse forced it to close this past weekend.

People had been detouring around the problem since the intersection closed down on Saturday. The area is on the edge of the University of Kentucky campus, and has considerable traffic.

Work on the area finally wrapped up Monday night, and the road reopened around ten o'clock.
