Passengers on a flipped tour bus say they'd been talking about whether the bus was going too fast.

The bus flipped Wednesday in Hart County just after leaving on a trip to Washington DC.

There were about 50 students on board.

The mother of one student says passengers could feel the bus starting to tilt.

State Police say they're investigating whether the driver was driving under the influence.
