Authorities said one of two jail escapees from Whitley County was recaptured overnight Saturday.

Investigators said James Fields, 42, was tracked by a K-9 into the woods where he was found near a State Trooper's home outside Williamsburg.

Authorities said the other escapee, Justin Cornett, 24, was still on the loose.

State Police said Cornett should be considered dangerous.

Investigators said both men escaped through the Whitley County Detention Center kitchen around 6:00 p.m. Friday.
