Frankfort Police arrested one of the two suspects believed to be involved in the fatal shooting Monday morning.
Police arrested Carstaigo Fields, 19, in the death of Jafari Hart, 16.
Officers say Hart was found dead with gunshot wounds near a dumpster at Austin Park Apartments in Frankfort around 1:30 a.m. Monday.
Police add that another suspect is still being sought in the case.
