A missing Pendleton County teen was found safe.
A Golden Alert was cancelled Tuesday night for 19-year-old Carlee Garrison.
Authorities say she was found safe in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
Carlee had not been seen since Sunday night.
Her family says she has a mild mental disability and doesn't drive.
Pendleton County Emergency Management said Jacksonville authorities planned to hold Carlee until her parents arrived from Kentucky to pick her up.
