State Police said a Bracken County man was arrested and charged Wednesday in connection with a missing Owsley County girl.

Investigators said Robert Duke, 48, of Brooksville, was charged with one felony count of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor (under 16).

State Police said he was picked up at his place of employment in Burlington, taken in for questioning, arrested and charged.

He was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail in Lee County.

State Police said Darci Hollan, 16, of Owsley County, snuck out of her house on January 26, 2013, and was picked up by Duke.

The girl's mother told investigators when she went into her daughter's room the next morning it was empty, a window was open and the screen cut.

The girl was then reported missing.

State Police said the girl had erased all her social media websites.

Investigators said the two met online.

State Police said cell phone and computer records were used to track down the girl and Duke, which included evidence collected at Duke's home.

Investigators said additional charges against Duke are possible.
