The search for a missing teenager in Lexington ended Wednesday night with the child found.

Police tell ABC 36 a 15-year-old had some kind of disagreement with a relative and left his home in the Polo Club Boulevard area, which is in the Glen Eagles Subdivision just off Man O' War.

There was concern because officers say the teen was only wearing a t-shirt and blue jeans and because police say he has some mental health concerns.
