The family of a man who went missing Tuesday morning says he's returned home.

According to his family, fifty-six year-old Kenneth Wilcox showed back up at his family's apartment at Fox Run Apartments off McCullough Drive around 7:30pm.

Family say they do not know where he was all day but that he was unharmed.

A Golden Alert was issued for Wilcox earlier Tuesday after family reported he'd walked out of the apartment while taking out the trash around 10am.

His family told ABC 36 that he has a number of mental illnesses, and say he's gone missing before.
