A Fayette County jury found Marty Roe guilty of murdering Doctor Martha Post.

The verdict came back Wednesday night.

Roe was convicted of murder, tampering with physical evidence and harassing communications.

Post was gunned down outside her dermatology office in 2011.

Prosecutors say Roe was obsessed and infatuated with Post.

Jurors deliberated the case for about 3 hours and 45 minutes.

We'll have more on the verdict on ABC 36 News at 11.
