Update: 'HOG' Riders Talk Motorcycle Safety

Twenty-six motorcycle riders have died so far in Kentucky.
After another fatal motorcycle accident in Kentucky, riders at the 2012 H.O.G Festival in Lexington are speaking out about motorcycle safety.

Some riders believe the early nice weather has allowed for more bikers to get out earlier than normal. Others say riders have to be more careful on the road when driving around other vehicles.

Kentucky State Police were also at the festival. They say drivers in other vehicles need to be just as aware about driving near motorcycles.

The H.O.G. Festival is being held at Man O War Harley Davidson this year.

This is the first year Lexington has hosted the event, which brings riders from all across the country to the Commonwealth.

The event features live music, an original bike from Orange County Choppers made for the US Army and a chance to win a Harley through a raffle with the proceeds going towards the Lexington Special Olympics.

The rally will run through Sunday June the 10th.
